Date arriving back at school and approximate time the Boarding House will expect them.

Will your son/daughter be staying in the Boarding House for the Quiet Weekend?

If yes there is no need to complete the remainder of the form.

If No then you will need to provide full details as follows

Please provide full details of who you son/daughter will be staying with, including contact details and how they will travel if not by school transfer.

· Own train tickets purchased

If yes your Boarding House Matron will book a taxi place or arrange train tickets

Do you have an Unaccompanied Minor Service arrangement?

For younger pupils and some airlines you may need to have an arrangement in place when purchasing your tickets. If this is the case then we will inform the taxi company and they will assist your child.
