Natwest Group / National Careers Week 2021
NatWest Group are proud to sponsor National Careers Week for the 6th year in a row. Our purpose is to champion the potential of people, families and businesses and NCW are a perfect partner to help us do exactly that.
The theme of Believe really resonates with us, this year more than ever, and we’re delighted to be able to partner with NCW and help bring all these brilliant resources together to help young people thrive in this particularly challenging time.
We have a range of opportunities and resources available for everyone, regardless of age and experience. Our website shares a lot of information about the types of opportunities we offer – apprenticeships, insight weeks, intern and graduate programmes. You can find everything you need to know here – the ‘meet the team’ section is filled with short clips from our apprentices and graduates, and our recruitment and marketing team too so you’ll hear what it’s like to work here on one of our programmes as well as how to apply.
We’re hosting two Careers Conversation sessions for parents, caregivers and teachers during NCW, where we’ll talk through our apprenticeship and graduate opportunities. These sessions are really informative and will give you some great content to share with your network – the sign up information is below – come along and chat to us!
Careers Conversations for parents/caregivers Tuesday 2 March 4pm
Finally, we have a brilliant Career Kickstart platform that is filled with resources that you can use to help you start looking at career opportunities and plan for the future. There are loads of downloadable tools and worksheets to help with CV writing, interview tips, resilience and mindset and much more. Take a look here – it’s all really useful and there’s something for everyone.
At NatWest Group we’re passionate about helping young people champion their potential, and we really believe in you. So believe in yourselves, now more than ever, and get involved with National Careers Week 2021 and let us help you get your career off to a great start.
