If you need to reply to Firefly form submission form email you need to first convert the to plain text and back to HTML. This is due to an issue with the content of the email from Firefly causing problems to some parents’ email clients when they view the email is formatted wrong.

To do this you fist ned to make sure that you have the option of display each message separately in Outlook for the Web (you only need to do this once) To do this go the Cog (settings menu button)

Then in the Layout area of the settings menu scroll down (if necessary) and set he option to “Show each message separately”.

Then click Save. You will not need to do this part again.
