If you get an error displayed opening isams along the lines of "'bad request' address too long" It could be the cookies on that PC that's causing issues. Please, try the following to resolve the issue.

f you open Chrome on that computer, go to chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=isams in the address bar (copy and paste it). You should get one site listed, in you click on the three dots and click clear data (as attached screenshot) and say yes.
