Certain screens have been affected by a recent update, resulting in registration only partially displaying (pupil names have been removed):
iSAMS are being consulted in an attempt to arrange a permanent fix but, in the meantime, there are two solutions (depending on how you prefer to work) to resolve the issue.
1. You can zoom out on the selected iSAMS window by holding the 'Ctrl' key and tapping the minus '-' symbol once. This will zoom out the selected site to 90%, enabling more content to be viewed, incl. 'Yes/No/Late':
Pressing 'ctrl' and '+' will revert it back. If you go to far either way, 'ctrl' and '0' (zero) will revert it to 100%
2. The other option is to hold the Windows symbol key in the bottom-left of your keyboard, then tap the letter 'P'. This will enable the 'Project' menu, where you can use the mouse or keyboard to change the video output options. Change the display to 'Extend', effectively enabling the projector screen to extend your PC desktop to the right, the same process used when plugging in a second monitor.
An advantage of this setup is the ability to create two separate work spaces, enabling you to use separate applications on the projector screen and your PC screen. Windows can be dragged, dropped and resized between them.
Once this process is complete, the PC screen will no longer be limited to the lower resolution of the projector and will automatically set itself to a higher one, enabling iSAMS to display properly.
