If you use the iTeacher app on your personal phone to contact parents for any reason, please ensure that you have changed your phone Caller ID settings so that your number is hidden during outgoing calls.
Like all apps, on rare occasions it can be wobbly or doesn't update smoothly. If you have a technical problem with the app:
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
- Contact the iSAMS helpdesk (helpdesk@isams.co.uk) with details of the problem. They will probably ask for the make/model of your device, plus the version of the software you are running (go to Settings, then General Settings, then About to see the version number).
iSAMS iReport app
Use of the iReport app is included within the iTeacher package. To access iReport, download it from the Google Store or Apple App Store as before. When prompted to enter it, the school code is WARM.
For those with access to a mobile device, when reports are live you will be able to use voice recording to draft your reports. You will then be able to log in to iSAMS on a computer to tweak them / correct any misinterpretations that might have occurred.
