Setting up 2FA in iSAMS

When you log into isams for the fist time after 2FA is enabled on your account you will be prompted to add isams to your Microsoft Authenticator App

If you click the + sign at the top of the Microsoft  Authenticator App  and then pick the option for "Other  Account"

Then scan the QR code and enter the Verification code. Then click Verify on the isams screen .

You will only be prompted for the second factor from this point if you access isams from a non-school computer i.e. home computer. You can check the option to not prompt for 7 days and then you will no be prompted again for 7 days.

The school network is a trusted network and therefore you will not be asked for your 2nd factor after this point
