1. To Run the "Parents Evening Clock" first open file explorer 

2. Navigate to 'Pool Staff' as indicated by the orange underline in the screenshot, open the 'Parents Evening Clock' folder circled in orange, and then double-click on the 'Parents_evening_5_mins.py' file. 

3. It should open the timer app, please use the maximize button indicated by the yellow arrow to make it full screen, as shown in the screenshot below.
