Sometime you may find that you are sending Print jobs to the copiers but they are just sticking in the local print queue and not arriving at the copiers. This is normally due to the uniflow SmartClient not running or not signed in. To check this first check the system try on the computer as show below

If the icon is not showing as above then you can manually start the client again by 

Clicking the Windows button (on Screen or on your Keyboard) and  then start typing uniflow you should then see the uniflow SmartClient App listed 

 Please open this app and uniflow will ask you to sign in again. After doing this your print jobs should then leave the local print queue and  be sent to the copiers.

If this does not work then please save any files you are working on and restart the PC and make sure that you sign into uniflow when you log back in
