You can add a symbolic shortcut from a files area of any Teams Channel to your OneDrive. This allows quick access straight from OneDrive or File Explorer to the files in the Team Channel

First go into the files area of the channel of the Team you need quick access too, then either at the root level of the file structure or if you only need access to a sub folder navigate down to this point.

Then in the top bar as shown in the screen shot below click the option to “Add Shortcut to OneDrive” (circled in orange)

This will then create a shortcut in your OneDrive. In the example below this will add a short cut in my OneDrive to “Migration to OneDrive SharePoint” as shown below in my OneDrive on the Web.

Adding this shortcut also adds a link to the OneDrive Client in File Explorer as shown below

This then allows you to open files straight from File Explorer into the desktop application associated with the file i.e. a Word file will open in the desktop version of Word exactly as if you had opened if from any other Drive or folder
