To modify teamSOS notifications on iOS Devices after installing the app please do the following:

• Open 'Settings'
• Scroll down to 'Apps' and select
• Search for or scroll down to teamSOS and select the following options:

• Next, select the 'Notifications' option and select the following:

Android

To modify teamSOS notifications on Android Devices after installing the app please do the following the screen may be presented differently on different Android devices

1) Long press on the teamSOS App Icon and press App Info option from the drop out menu list

2) In the App info screen scroll down and press the Permissions option

3) In the App Permissions screen find and press on the Notifications option then press on the “All teamsSOS notifications” option this will enable all notifications as show below (before enabling and after enabling Notifications)
