When you first log onto a school computer (or if you have not logged onto that computer for some time) you will have to log into or back into teamSOS which opens automatically when you log onto a computer.

You will first be presented with a a three-page tutorial where you need to click "Next" on each page example below:

Then on the fourth page you will be asked to click "Let's log in" example below:

After clicking "Lets log in" you will be presented with a screen (as below) with your school email address automatically filled in (if this is not the case, please contact IT Support) you will need to click "YES"

Then on the last screen whichj is the main teamSOS app it should show your name shown (circled in orange in this case) as per the image below:

You are now free to minimise the teamSOS app. If you close it by mistake you can find it by clicking the Windows button and searching for "teamSOS"

Again, if you have not logged into a PC or have not logged into the PC you are using for a while you may be asked to sign in
