Delivering a safe and reliable transport service for our day pupils is integral to the day to day running of the School. Over the past few years, we have expanded our reach exponentially. Our routes are carefully planned ensuring that travel times are kept to a minimum – the further away a pupil is collected, the less drop-offs and pick-ups we endeavour to incorporate into the trip. Concerns about travelling are quickly allayed and we consistently find that pupils enjoy the social engagement the bus trips provide and not least the personal relationships forged with our reliable, caring drivers.

Important Notes

· Transport must be booked in advance for the full school year through StudentSafe.

· Available spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and we will operate a waiting list when needed.

· Notice can be given to kmeadows@warminsterschool.org.uk 4 weeks before the start of term if you wish to withdraw from using the service, if notice is not given the School reserves the right to charge for the following term if the space cannot be reallocated.

· Discount for siblings is 5% for the younger child.

· Payment is due in arrears as part of the following terms Fee Bill.

· Routes/Stops are fixed in advance and only under exceptional circumstances will this be reviewed.

· Pupils will only be able to use the service if they are pre-booked for the term, there can be no ad hoc use of buses.

Please ensure that your child is at the pick-up point in the morning in good time, as the bus will not wait for late arrivals. Several of the stopping points, though safe for a short halt, would cause serious inconvenience to other road users if the bus waited for more than the minimum time.
