As a general summary you could try some of the following - either as a plan or a full written answer:

- Compare the cell cycle of two specialised cells.  How are they different? Why are they different?

- How is research into cell cycles vital for the identification and treatment of cancers?

- How does binary fission differ from mitosis? 

- How does the process the binary fission allow for the evolution of bacteria?

Don't forget that you should aim for no more than 2 sides of A4 if you choose to write the essay.  Alternatively, you could pick more titles but just plan them.  Remember to list any books, journals, and/or websites you use.
