5. Answer the following essay question:
A business wants to change its organisational culture because it needs to change strategic direction. To what extent do you think the business will also need to change its leadership in order to successfully change its culture? (25 marks)

a) Describe the organisation ie name, history, product(s) and anything else that is interesting.
b) Describe the organisational culture of the organisation. What evidence is there to support your judgement of their culture?
c) Why might they need to change their organisational culture?
d) What could they do to change their organisational culture?
e) How successful do you think this change of organisational culture would be? Support your judgement with your reasons.
