Reading and Vocabulary tasks week 7 (1 HOUR TOTAL)

MUST

• Complete the reading exercises from Number 5 of 'EL BOLETÍN' (files below)
• Read the 3 short texts, find the vocabulary that is underneath the magnifying glass.
• Translate the 'las fallas' left paragraph into English, looking up any unknown vocabulary as you go.
• Go onto the Memrise vocabulary list (AQA Spanish - suitable for both IB and A Level pupils) - and spend time learning the vocabulary from the following sections: 5.1    5.2    5.3    and 5.4 (don't worry if you don't have time to work through all the sections - just make a start and do as much as you can).

COULD

• Also look up, write down and learn any other new vocabulary that you come across in the texts.
• Read the 3 questions at the end of Page 5, below, write down answers for each question.
• Spend further time learning vocabulary on Memrise
