Research and Writing tasks week 7 (1 HOUR TOTAL)

The topic this week is 'artistic culture - regional identity, traditions and customs' - involving aspects such as Easter in Spain, gastronomy, fiestas and other key parts of Spanish culture and identity. 

MUST

Read the text and answer the questions. Then choose one aspect of the regional identity and research it. Write an article for a school magazine (150-200) where you would introduce the aspects of the culture to a wider school community.  

COULD

Watch the BBC documentary Mediterranean with Simon Reeve from the 17th minute to find out more about different regions in Spain, their traditions, cuisine and problems.
