The Library is far more than a nice building filled with books. Knowing how to use a Library properly can open up a whole world of possibilities to developing existing knowledge and locating new sources of accurate information. When you go to university, you'll be expected to make use of not only the university library, but of departmental and faculty libraries as well.

How to avoid cheating

Plagiarism is the term given to passing off someone else's work as your own - either deliberately or accidentally. All work submitted for assessment, both at school and at university, is put through an online programme called Turnitin, which checks your work against everything else that's been published, to make sure you've not copied someone else.
