For families introduced to Warminster through an Agent or Educational Consultant
A parent or pupil will be deemed introduced by the Agent where:
- There has been no previous application to the School by the parent or pupil; and
- The Agent is the effective cause of the application to the School being made and is named as such on the application form

For parents who are resident abroad (see note 8g of the Standard Terms and Conditions): As per Note 8g of the Standard Terms and Conditions, where both parents are resident abroad, parental responsibility must be delegated to a suitable adult who has agreed to take full responsibility for the pupil when not at school and who can, if necessary, come to the School at short notice. UK Educational Guardians should be over 25 years old and should not be in full time education. Contact details of the appointed UK Educational Guardian must be provided to the School prior to the pupil’s arrival.
Special circumstances
The School is happy to make provision for pupils with particular religious, dietary, language or cultural needs as required.
Declaration
We request that the above-named child be registered as a prospective pupil AND we confirm that we have made a payment of the £150 non-refundable registration fee (not applicable to Courtyard Cubs Nursery).

We understand
that:
- Registration of our child as a prospective pupil does not secure our child a place at the School but does ensure that our child will be considered for selection as a pupil at the School;
- In order to comply with our responsibilities as a
registered Student Sponsor, you consent to us notifying and/or supplying information
relating to you and/or your child’s right to enter, reside and/or study in
the United Kingdom to the United Kingdom Visa and Immigration (UKVI) unit
of the Home Office and, in any event, if our child is offered a place at
the School, such an offer will be subject to us confirming that our child
has the right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom.
- In the event that our child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School’s terms and conditions for the provision of educational services, which will bind us in the event that we accept the place;
- A deposit/guarantee fee is payable on acceptance of a place. The amount of the deposit/guarantee fee will be advised when an offer of a place is made. This will be credited to the final account, but is non-refundable if the place is not subsequently taken up.

copy of the current edition of the standard terms and conditions is available
on request, but please note that the version of the parent contract supplied
may be subject to change prior to the point in time when a place at the School
for your child may be offered.
