How to Submit an Issue or Request to IT Support

Helpdesk tickets can be logged using the email address:

ithelpdesk@warminsterschool.org.uk

This is the first port of call for all IT Support jobs. Please include as much information as possible, which prevents us from having to chase people up for additional details, prolonging the time it takes to complete the work.

Please do not attempt to log jobs verbally with us. We have spent a lot of time and effort setting up the helpdesk to make sure our work is logged and processed in the most efficient manner.

In the event of an emergency, or neither of the other two methods of the helpdesk are available, please call ext 394, leaving a message if no one is able to take the call.
